  • 摘要: 病理性瘢痕不仅会引起局部躯体不适,更会对患者的心理产生影响。随着研究的深入,目前A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)已被逐渐应用于瘢痕的临床治疗。本文归纳了BTX-A在瘢痕治疗中早期减张、抑制结缔组织增生、减轻皮肤炎症这3种作用机制,并总结了其在不同类型瘢痕治疗中的临床应用。但目前尚未对BTX-A注射治疗瘢痕的时间、方式及配比制订统一标准,并缺乏长期随访结果,未来需更深入探讨,以明确BTX-A抑制瘢痕的机制,并制订统一的BTX-A注射治疗标准,为瘢痕提供更有效的治疗方案。
