  • 摘要: 烧伤代谢的复杂性和对其认识的局限性是导致重症烧伤患者营养疗效不甚理想的核心因素,对烧伤代谢规律的准确把握是提升营养针对性和有效性的前提。以往基于能量消耗的烧伤代谢分期对物质代谢关注不够,因而难以全面描述烧伤代谢的整体变化规律和阶段性特征。本文通过对烧伤代谢组学、生理组学和临床检测数据的有效整合,并结合烧伤临床分期的病理生理特征,将重症烧伤患者的代谢过程分为4期,并针对其代谢特征提出了相应的营养治疗策略与措施,以期为进一步提升烧伤营养疗效提供依据。
