  • 摘要: 研究显示,自身免疫病(AID)相关性溃疡是引发感染、残疾等严重不良预后的并发症。其明确诊断难度大,治疗上存在免疫抑制治疗与抗感染治疗的矛盾,不恰当的诊断、免疫抑制治疗易延误抗感染及手术治疗的时机,给患者预后带来不良影响。该文综述了AID相关性溃疡的概念、各亚型临床特点和处置建议等,以期为临床AID相关性溃疡的诊疗提供更多思路。
