  • 摘要: 糖尿病足是糖尿病患者严重的并发症之一,给社会和公共卫生系统造成巨大的经济负担。近年来,国内外关于自体富血小板纤维蛋白治疗慢性创面的研究越来越多,治疗理念和方法也不断更新。该文就自体富血小板纤维蛋白的概况、自体富血小板纤维蛋白促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合的机制及应用新进展等进行综述,为糖尿病足溃疡修复提供新策略。
