  • 摘要: 体表慢性难愈合创面的诊断和治疗一直充满着挑战,对医疗和社会造成巨大负担。利用高通量测序技术结合组学分析可以揭示慢性创面形成的潜在机制,识别与慢性创面诊断、预后和筛查相关的潜在生物标志物。而联合多个水平的组学分析能进一步探索和理解其中详细的分子机制,为制订个性化治疗方法提供线索,为慢性创面的精准医疗打下坚实的基础。因此,该文针对近年各种组学分析在体表慢性难愈合创面相关研究中的进展进行综述。
