  • 摘要: 侵袭性真菌感染(IFI)是烧伤患者严重的并发症之一。近年来广谱抗生素的逐步研发应用致使菌群严重失调,而抗真菌药物的广泛预防性使用则导致耐药真菌日渐增加。IFI临床治疗难度大,预后差,IFI所致烧伤患者的病死率逐年上升。该文从烧伤后IFI的流行病学特点、相关危险因素、诊断方法及治疗进展方面进行综述,旨在为烧伤后IFI的预防和治疗提供新的思路及依据。
