  • 摘要: 创面修复异常所导致的慢性难愈性创面及瘢痕严重损害了患者身体健康,影响了患者生活质量,且目前缺乏简单有效、经济的治疗手段。脂肪干细胞(ASC)作为一种拥有多向分化潜能的间充质干细胞,已经被多项体内、体外研究证实可以通过促上皮化、促血管生成、免疫调节和抗氧化等机制促进创面愈合。ASC及其衍生物已被用于治疗由烧伤、糖尿病和放射性损伤等导致的难愈性创面并取得良好效果,且其成为创面修复新材料的潜力也得到了证实。该文就ASC促进创面修复的机制和临床应用进行综述,并对其研究方向与前景进行展望。
