  • 摘要: 瘢痕是皮肤真皮深层损伤后不可避免发展出的问题。对不同阶段瘢痕选择合适的光电治疗手段是瘢痕管理的重要环节,可以缩短急性炎症期,加快瘢痕成熟及消退,改善瘢痕外观及功能,并减轻相关不适症状。该文基于本团队的实践经验及目前文献,提供在创面愈合、瘢痕早期、增生性瘢痕及挛缩性瘢痕阶段针对性的光电管理方案,以期为瘢痕的标准化光电治疗方案制订提供参考。
