  • 摘要: 特殊原因及部位烧伤创面处理是非常具有挑战性的临床工作。该文分别从化学烧伤、电烧伤、面部烧伤、手烧伤、会阴烧伤的发病率,及其创面组织病理损伤的复杂性和严重性,目前临床处理的主要原则及方法,以及尚待解决的疑难问题等方面做了简要的论述。希望引起关注和重视,为进一步提高烧伤整体救治能力提供借鉴。
