  • 摘要: 感染是烧伤最常见的并发症,但烧伤后通常不会迅速引起全身性感染。国内传统上往往在烧伤休克期即常规预防性全身使用抗菌药物,以防治烧伤感染的发生发展,但临床证据及国际烧伤感染防治专家共识与指南均强烈反对烧伤后立即常规预防性全身使用抗菌药物。笔者单位停止在严重烧伤休克期常规预防性全身使用抗菌药物后,并未观察到感染及相关并发症发生率的明显增加。故笔者团队建议,除一些特殊患者外,在烧伤休克期不常规预防性全身使用抗菌药物。
