  • 摘要: 创面的修复过程需要多种生长因子参与调节,但是目前临床上仍然缺乏强效、长效、价格适中的生长因子制剂,而血小板浓缩制品为临床上创面的治疗提供了一种经济、方便、有效的选择。从第1代血小板浓缩制品富血小板血浆开始,研究人员致力于优化血小板浓缩制品的性能,让其具有更强的稳定性、更丰富的生物活性因子以及更优秀的临床表现,富血小板纤维蛋白和浓缩生长因子应运而生。血小板浓缩制品均具有促进创面愈合、提升创面愈合质量的效果。本文旨在对血小板浓缩制品的历史和分类进行综述,对其性质和临床应用进行比较,对其作用机制进行阐述,同时对相关研究中存在的问题和该领域未来发展进行分析和展望。
