  • 摘要: 烧创伤后的继发性瘢痕性脱发(以下简称瘢痕性脱发)影响美观,甚至影响患者的身心健康,降低其生活质量及幸福感。自体毛发移植为瘢痕性脱发的治疗提供了一种思路,使移植后的毛发呈现自然的生长状态。本文对瘢痕性脱发与自体毛发移植进行介绍,并对自体毛发移植在瘢痕性脱发治疗中的应用、局限性进行综述。
