  • 摘要: 皮肤软组织扩张术能够提供与受区颜色、质地类似的皮肤组织,是体表病损较为理想的修复方法之一。然而,由于扩张术治疗周期长,在儿童患者中并发症发生率相对较高,该术式仍面临很多挑战。该文结合临床实践及皮肤软组织扩张术研究进展,对扩张术后的皮肤改变、扩张术在儿童患者中的应用及应用中出现的并发症的防治等方面进行简要探讨,以期为该术式在儿童患者中的应用提供参考。
