A brief discussion on precision nutrition support for severe burn patients from theory to practice

  • 摘要: 严重烧伤会导致机体出现持续的高代谢,从而造成创面愈合延迟及机体营养不良和功能障碍,甚至死亡等不良后果。对严重烧伤患者进行充分的营养风险评估和提供个体化营养支持治疗是至关重要的,可改善患者预后。该文从理论到临床实践就严重烧伤患者的精准营养支持进行阐述和总结。
