Problems and suggestions for the application of diagnosis-related groups system in burn surgery

摘要: 我国目前应用的疾病诊断相关分组系统疾病诊断编码与烧伤临床诊断标准存在差异，笔者建议根据临床标准完善诊断编码中关于烧伤总面积、深度和吸入性损伤的内容，在临床标准中增加相关特殊原因和部位烧伤的诊断。

Abstract: The diagnostic codes of diagnosis-related groups system used in our country are different from the clinical diagnostic criteria of burns. The author suggests that the diagnostic codes should be improved according to clinical criteria in terms of the total area and depth of burns and inhalation injury, and the diagnosis of burns with related special causes and sites should be added to the clinical criteria.
