  • 摘要: 糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病患者常见且严重的慢性并发症,具有高复发率、致残和致死风险,给个人健康与社会医疗系统带来沉重负担。线粒体动力学指线粒体通过分裂与融合的动态平衡维持细胞的能量代谢和稳态,而在糖尿病病理环境中,高血糖和氧化应激会破坏这一平衡,导致线粒体功能紊乱,进一步加剧DFU的炎症反应和组织损伤。近年来,靶向线粒体动力学的干预策略被认为是改善DFU症状、促进创面愈合的潜在治疗手段。该文基于国内外最新研究,综述DFU中线粒体动力学的研究进展,重点探讨其在DFU病理过程中的核心作用机制及调控因素,并总结当前主要的干预策略。通过系统分析,该文旨在加深对DFU相关线粒体动力学机制的理解,为临床提供新的靶向治疗思路。
