Expert consensus on the assessment and treatment of acute traumatic wounds in the elderly (2025 edition)

  • 摘要: 由于老年人特殊的生理学改变,其急性创伤性创面的评估和治疗往往需要综合考量。目前,国内外尚缺乏统一的老年急性创伤性创面的评估和治疗方案。为此,中国老年医学学会烧创伤分会组织国内相关领域专家,成立共识编写组,在国内外相关研究基础上,充分结合老年人的病理生理学特点,针对老年急性创伤性创面的评估和治疗方面的临床问题进行了多轮讨论,最终确定了该共识范围和5个临床问题,通过文献检索及证据评价,经过2次共识会综合讨论,最终形成19条推荐意见。该共识可供创伤、烧伤、创面修复等相关专业从业人员在日常临床工作中参考,旨在提高我国老年急性创伤性创面的救治水平。
