Expert consensus update on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inhalation injury in adults (2025 edition)

  • 摘要: 吸入性损伤(INI)是烧伤常见的并发症之一,也是导致烧伤患者病死率升高、烧伤后生存质量降低的主要因素。2018年国内首次发布INI专家共识,为INI的临床诊治提供了指导性意见,但仍有许多未能明确的问题。随着当今医疗服务需求的提高和相关学科部分高质量临床研究的涌现,基于新出现的临床证据,该共识对INI诊疗过程中的部分决策和问题进行补充与更新,旨在进一步规范INI的管理,为其临床诊疗决策提供支持。
