A compulsory course in clinical treatment in burn patients: pain and analgesia

  • 摘要: 该文以近年来麻醉学、疼痛学专业在应对急性、慢性疼痛方面的进步为基础,对烧伤临床中的疼痛与镇痛问题进行了阐述,并提出了系统性的建议。进一步地介绍了烧伤疼痛中的神经病理性痛相关知识、深度镇痛镇静的风险和策略、非甾体类消炎镇痛药和阿片类药物各自使用的优点和不足。特别强调了老年和小儿患者疼痛管理的特殊性。对于“无痛烧伤科”建设这个造福患者并有利学科建设的重要问题,提出了比较具体的实施方案。
