  • 摘要: 淋巴水肿是淋巴系统功能障碍导致的富含蛋白质的间质液在皮下组织和皮肤内积聚的慢性、进展性疾病。淋巴水肿不仅对患者的肢体功能造成损害,还对其心理健康带来严重影响。目前虽然存在诸多治疗方法,但都很难彻底改善长期的淋巴水肿。近年来,基于显微外科技术的血管化淋巴结移植治疗淋巴水肿成为研究热点,并已被证实可有效减小患肢体积,提高患者生活质量。但关于血管化淋巴结移植供区组织瓣的选择、受区部位的确定等方面仍缺乏统一标准。该文以血管化淋巴结移植的供区与受区选择策略为出发点,结合最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床实践提供循证医学依据,推动淋巴水肿治疗的规范化发展。
