Practice guideline for adult burn rehabilitation nursing (2026 edition)

  • 摘要: 烧伤患者常伴有功能和心理障碍、社会适应困难等问题,康复护理在功能恢复、并发症预防和生活质量提升等方面具有重要作用。为进一步帮助护理人员科学、规范地实施成人烧伤康复护理,该指南编写组以循证医学证据为基础、以德尔菲法为指导,围绕成人烧伤康复护理的11个临床问题形成16条推荐意见,内容涵盖多学科团队、康复护理评估、体位摆放、水肿管理、瘢痕护理、矫形器护理、日常生活活动、疼痛护理、睡眠管理、心理干预及随访护理等,为临床实践提供科学依据。
