  • 摘要: 电烧伤是一种立体性的毁损伤,要高度重视毁损性电烧伤患者的功能重建与康复。毁损性电烧伤的创面修复、保肢不是治疗的终点,使患者功能康复、走向社会才是治疗的目标。该文从毁损性电烧伤的早期创面修复和晚期功能重建与康复、保肢与截肢、供区损伤最小化、心理康复及多学科合作方面进行了系统论述。只有高度重视功能重建与康复,让这方面的理念深入人心,才能实现毁损性电烧伤的完美修复与康复。
